Before your wedding day, we’ll connect to talk through your timeline, priorities, and anything you want me to know—whether it’s a must-have shot list or a heads-up about the family dynamics. I’ll help with planning your photography timeline so the flow of the day feels natural and we’re able to capture everything without rushing. You’ll always know what to expect, and I’m happy to be as involved as you need in making the schedule feel seamless.
On the day-of, I typically arrive a bit before my scheduled time to settle in, get a sense of the space, and start documenting the atmosphere—details, location, and those quiet getting-ready moments. Throughout the day, I’ll blend gentle direction with a documentary approach: guiding you when needed (especially during portraits and key transitions) and stepping back when the moment calls for presence over posing.
I’m always scanning for light, connection, and emotion—capturing everything from your vows and the big belly laughs to the soft gestures you might not even notice in real time. I’ll also coordinate with your planner, videographer, and vendors to ensure we’re all working together behind the scenes so you can stay grounded in the experience.
After the wedding, I begin culling and editing, and deliver a preview gallery within a couple weeks so you can relive the magic while the memories are still fresh.

Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, carefully edited and curated to reflect the full story of your day—from the big emotions to the quiet, meaningful in-betweens. I take the time to make sure each image feels like it belongs in your story.

Weddings & Elopements: A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date on my calendar. This goes toward your total balance, with the remaining amount due two months before your wedding.
Lifestyle Sessions: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book your session. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your scheduled date.

Travel is included within a one-hour drive of Phoenix, Arizona.
For locations within a 4-hour drive, I charge $1 per mile (round-trip) plus lodging.
For locations farther than 4 hours, travel fees include round-trip airfare, lodging, and transportation.
Bonus: Check out my travel bucket list on the About page—those locations might have waived travel fees!

They are an awesome opportunity for us to get to know each other before your wedding. They are also a good chance for you and your love to get comfortable in front of the camera. All of my Wedding and Elopement packages include a complimentary Engagement session!
