What You Need to Know Before Booking a Photography Session
If you don't see your question here, I'd love to help. Just reach out through my inquiry form, and we'll chat!
-
It all starts with an inquiry! Tell me a little about what you're dreaming up, and we'll chat about your vision, answer any questions, and figure out the experience that fits you best.
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over a proposal with your contract, invoice, and everything you need to officially reserve your date. A signed contract and 25% retainer secure your spot on my calendar.
-
Please do.
The vast majority of people you see on my website are everyday humans who simply wanted to create something beautiful, adventurous, or completely out of the ordinary. They aren't professional models, and many had never done a professional photo session before we met.
You don't need elaborate costumes, years of posing experience, or a dramatic backstory to belong here. Whether you're stepping into a fantasy world for the first time, celebrating a relationship, building your brand, or just looking for an excuse to create something cool, I'll guide you every step of the way.
The only requirement is a willingness to have fun and trust the process.
-
One hundred percent.
Planning is one of my favorite parts of the process. Whether you already have a detailed Pinterest board or just a vague idea you'd like to explore, we'll collaborate on locations, outfits, colors, props, timing, and all the little details that bring your vision to life.
You don't have to figure it all out before reaching out, that's what I'm here for!
-
Absolutely!
I'm based in Arizona but love traveling for sessions, elopements, retreats, conventions, and events. Whether your dream location is tucked away in the mountains, somewhere across the country, or halfway around the world, I'd be happy to put together a custom travel quote.

Portrait and branding galleries are typically delivered within 4 weeks, while weddings and larger events are delivered within 8 weeks.
-
Yes!
Photography is an investment, and I'm happy to offer flexible payment plans for most experiences. If spreading payments out would make things easier, just let me know, we'll find an option that works for you.
-
It depends on the type of session you book!
Portrait sessions (couples, fantasy, seniors, etc.) include a Personal Use License, allowing you to share your images on social media, print them, and enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use.
Branding sessions include Commercial Usage Rights, so you're welcome to use your images on your website, social media, marketing materials, online listings, and other promotional content for your own business.
If you're looking to use images for advertising campaigns, product packaging, publications, third-party marketing, or other commercial projects outside of a branding session, licensing is quoted separately based on the intended usage.
If you're unsure which option fits your needs, just let me know what you're planning, Iām happy to point you in the right direction.
-
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change.
Every session includes one complimentary reschedule, as long as you let me know as soon as possible. Additional reschedules may incur a project restart fee, as significant planning often goes into each experience.
If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances outside of your control, there is never an additional fee.

My editing style is rooted in creating as much magic in camera as possible.
Whenever we can, I'd much rather photograph at a real place than Photoshop one into the background. I believe authentic locations, thoughtful lighting, practical effects, and intentional styling create images that feel immersive in a way heavy compositing simply can't replicate.
That doesn't mean digital artistry is off the table. If your concept calls for magical elements or more advanced editing, I'm always happy to explore those possibilities. Every project is unique, and more complex edits are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
